If you’re a long-time reader, you’ll already know that this Casimba casino
review is going to be in-depth. I’m going to cover every single thing about this
site, including the games, the bonuses and promotions, the banking options,
withdrawal times, VIP program, customer service, and overall user experience.

Basically, by the time you finish reading this, you’ll know Casimba casino as
well as the people who work there. That’s how I aim to do every review, and this
one is no exception.

At first glance, I was excited to take a closer look at the games on offer
here. There are some of the best slots on the web listed on the front page, and
from scanning the menu tabs, it looks as if this casino has a pretty
comprehensive range of games overall.

If you haven’t read any of my reviews before, you should know that I’ll call
it how I see it. Unlike many other advertorials disguised as reviews, this site
doesn’t do half-truths and deception. When something isn’t quite right, you’ll
be told about it. Likewise, when something is great, I spell it out for what it
is.

Casimba is somewhat of a newcomer to the online casino scene, so it has a lot
of competition to live up to. Will it make the cut? Read on to find out.

Ratings Breakdown

So as to leave no stone unturned, I’ve given each important element of
Casimba a rating out of five, along with an explanation of why. Each section is
explored in much more detail as this review goes on.

Overall

Casimba is one of those casinos that’s doing almost everything perfectly.
There is only one major blot on the otherwise fantastic score sheet, and that’s
the limited number of ways to get paid (a grand total of one).

That stated, this casino should not be written off for that reason alone
because in almost every other way, it bests its competition. The range of games
is excellent, the quality of those games is world-class, the deposit bonus is a
monster and is fair, and the customer service is what it should be.

If this site is to jump to a 5/5, I will need to see sports betting and poker
services added, a greater number of withdrawal methods, and a telephone hotline.
If you can live without those things, then it’s brilliant in all other ways.

Game Variety

There are a large number of games available at Casimb Everything is included,
from table and card games to slots to video poker to scratch cards to live
dealer games.

Unlike some casinos which offer a large number of games, Casimba has actually
managed to maintain quality across the board. They get major points for that.

There were definitely a few software developers I had to look into a little,
but I found nothing to worry about with any of them. Some of them are just
startups trying to get a foothold in the industry, and I played several of their
games just to be sure.

About the only thing Casimba could do better regarding game variety is its
video poker section. The rest is more than ample.

Banking

Casimba offers a decent number of ways to deposit, but unfortunately, when it
comes to making withdrawals, the only option is via bank transfer. This
necessarily means a wait of 3-5 days to get your winnings.

This is something which rubs me the wrong way as a player. I prefer not to
use cards or share my bank details online, and this makes that impossible.
Although I have no doubts about Casimba’s safety and security, it’s still pretty
inconvenient and I would appreciate more ways to get what’s mine.

Cryptocurrencies are not accepted at Casimba, so there’s nothing to say on
that front. Hopefully, as Bitcoin and altcoins grow in prominence, this will
change.

There are two things in the terms and conditions about banking that it’s good
to be aware of. First, Casimba does not accept deposits made via Neteller or
Skrill as eligible for the welcome bonus. Second, if you win £100k or more,
Casimba reserves the right to pay it out in 10 installments.

Lastly, I couldn’t find any information about maximum deposits or withdrawal
limits. I asked the customer service agent, but this is the one question she
referred me to the terms and conditions on. Maybe it’s buried in there
somewhere, but I certainly couldn’t locate it.

Casimba, if you’re reading, this is your main area for improvement!

Bonuses

The Casimba welcome bonus is much larger than average, which initially sent
alarm bells ringing in my head. All too often, I’ve seen “too good to be true”
offers turn out to be exactly that, but this one is actually very decent.

The welcome package consists of three separate deposit bonuses totaling
£6,500. There are also 125 free spins available. The terms are decent (35x
wagering) and the only thing I can complain about is that Neteller and Skrill
deposits are excluded.

There aren’t many daily bonuses such as free spins, nor are there any weekend
bonuses. Casimba could score better points in this department by offering those.
That said, if you’re a loyal player, there are plenty of rewards along the way.

Customer Service

Casimba doesn’t offer a telephone hotline, but you can reach the team around
the clock by either email or live chat.

As far as live chat goes, the replies are fast and the agents are helpful.
Most questions were answered directly and promptly.

Everything I can find out about the email responses indicates a pretty
average, decent service. There are no howling complaints, but nobody is doing a
happy dance about the spectacular email reply they received, either.

If Casimba offered a reliable, toll-free telephone hotline, this could become
a 5/5. Let’s see if this is added in time.

User Interface

Whoever designed Casmiba deserves a pay raise, quite honestly. The word
“impressive” is a little conservative, from a web design perspective and user
experience.

As I’m sure you know, there are too many casinos out there with broken links,
404 pages coming up all too often, and games which freeze or kick you out at
crucial moments. I detected none of that at Casimb It’s a world-class website.

I also like how the menus and games are organized. You can click a category
and all the relevant games come up as thumbnails, but you can also search by the
game provider, and there’s a search bar if you want to get specific.

Another positive is that when you come across a game you like, you can click
the little heart icon and store it as a favorite for easy access next time.

Mobile Compatibility

Casimba works perfectly on both iOS and Android devices. You won’t need to
download an app to enjoy mobile play, either. In fact, there is no Casimba
mobile app. It’s all available on the flash website.

Naturally, the layout is a little different on a mobile device. The menu
options aren’t as extensive as they are on the desktop, although you can still
click the main game categories and see your options across the top.

I like the simplicity of the design. It’s a banner with the offer, a sticky
menu, and then the games in thumbnail format. That’s it, and that’s all it needs
to be.

The Basics About Casimba Casino

One of the first things I look at when I visit any online casino is the
gaming license(s). This immediately gives me an insight into whether or not I
can trust the casino. I’m happy to report that Casimba holds licenses from both
the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority, meaning it is 100%
above board and legitimate.

I also always take a look at the left-hand side of my address bar to see if
the casino is running on a secure connection. Since I see the letters HTTPS://
before the Casimba web address, I know this site is secure and running on an
encrypted connection. That’s two positives in a row for Casimb

As I mentioned in the introduction, Casimba hasn’t been online long. It just
came online in 2017, and usually, that makes me want to investigate further. I
found out that this site is run by Caddell Limited, which immediately put my
mind at ease. These guys are behind multiple successful online casino brands
such as the Grand Ivy and Miami Dice.

While Casimba is a Caddell Limited casino, the day to day stuff is managed by
White Hat Gaming. This is a respected firm which manages over 20 online casinos.
I’ve heard plenty of good things about them, so I expect good things from a
customer service and player experience point of view.

Casimba does have a list of restricted countries, as most casinos do. Players
from the following countries won’t be able to play here:

Now, that’s the less-than-exciting but essential-to-know stuff out of the
way. Casimba is off to a flying start. Let’s now turn our attention to the
casino itself.

The Casino

Casimba only came online in 2017, but I heard about it through the online
casino grapevine almost immediately and decided to check it out. I remembered
playing it then, and I was pretty interested to see how things have developed
since.

Casimba doesn’t look any different than it did in 2017, but there’s
definitely been an increase in the number of games. There are a huge number of
software firms involved here, whereas many casinos stick to one or two brands.
The variety is solid, catering to most types of player. Whether you live to spin
the reels or enjoy facing off against the dealer in 21, Casimba has you covered.

This is also an excellent choice of online casino for mobile players. I’ll
elaborate on this more in a dedicated section below, but for now, let’s just say
that I have visited on my iOS and Android devices and am suitably impressed.

Let’s start with the games, since for me this is a make-or-break factor with
any casino.

Game Variety

There’s a great selection of games at Casimba, but I wouldn’t go as far as
saying it’s the biggest I have ever seen. After exploring each category in
detail, I counted 718 games in total.

There are over 600 slots and the list is being updated constantly, with
selections ranging from old-school classics like Major Millions to the latest
popular slots like Jurassic World. You won’t get bored here anytime soon if
you’re a slots player.

If progressive jackpot slots are your main concern, there are 31 at Casimb
Hall of Gods, Mega Fortune, and Cosmic Fortune are all worth checking out.

No casino would be complete without classic games like blackjack and
roulette. I counted 49 digital table games, although most of them are variants
of the core ones – baccarat, blackjack, poker, and roulette.

The video poker games should be enough for most casual players. There are six
in total, with most of the popular games available.

If you want to feel as if you’re down at the tables in a brick-and-mortar
casino, there are 13 live dealer games at Casimb Baccarat, blackjack, several
poker games, and roulette are all offered.

Sometimes a bit of fun requiring no real thought is needed, and if you’re
after that, then you can choose from six instant-win scratch cards at this
casino.

Audio/Video Quality

Most of the table and card games are provided by NetEnt, with a few thrown in
from Microgaming and 1×2 Gaming.

I played several variants of blackjack and roulette, and the audio and video
quality were spot on. I have a pretty fast, stable internet connection, and as
long as you have one as well, you won’t experience any annoying freezes or jumps
in the games.

I always choose to turn the audio off and listen to my own music while
playing, but there is some elevator music in the background of most games, if
you like that.

As far as the quality of the live games goes, I have nothing negative to say
whatsoever. Evolution Gaming is superior in every sense, and that shines through
in the Casimba live games.

Software

One of the things I really like about Casimba is that they label all the game
thumbnails with the software provider. This makes it easy to choose games from
your preferred software firms and avoid the ones you might not have heard of.

There’s also a menu tab called “game providers” which will allow you to see
every single software firm with a presence at Casimb If you click the relevant
tab, you will then see a list of every game that firm provides. This is an
excellent touch and shows a lot of effort on behalf of Casimb

So, what software firms have a presence at Casimba? Games from the following
providers exist:

  • 1×2 Gaming
  • 2by2 Gaming
  • AdoptIt
  • Aristocrat
  • Big Time Gaming
  • Blueprint Gaming
  • Elk Studios
  • Evolution Gaming
  • Foxium
  • Games Warehouse
  • Just for the Win
  • Leander
  • Lightning Box
  • Magic Dreams
  • Merkur Gaming
  • MetaGu
  • Microgaming
  • Multicommerce
  • NetEnt
  • NYX Interactive
  • Probability Jones
  • Quickspin
  • Rabcat
  • Seven Deuce
  • Sigma Gaming
  • Spieldev
  • Spike Games
  • Storm
  • Sunfox Games
  • Thunderkick

As you can see, that’s quite a list and it’s a very mixed bag. While some of
these are basically the online casino’s equivalent of household names, there
were some I’d never heard of before, even after years of gaming.

I looked up MetaGu, Spieldev, and a few of the others I wasn’t overly
familiar with. I found nothing to be concerned about, but I didn’t expect to,
either, given the fact that Casimba has a UKGC license.

I usually like to try out new games from new developers, just because I’ve
pretty much played all the big-name games before. Whether you’re like me or like
to stick to the games you know, this casino will provide plenty of variety.

Slots

Slots, slots, and more slots. The internet is awash with them, and they
remain the most popular casino game by a long way. I enjoy spinning the reels
myself, and on first impressions, Casimba offers a good selection for those of
us who love nothing more than the sound of a winning payline.

A quick look at the slots menu will reveal the sorts of games that are
renowned for making dreams come true. Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune, Divine Fortune,
and Treasure Nile are all in the mix. These jackpot slots are your best shot at
becoming an instant millionaire. I almost always check these out first.

As far as variety goes, you’ll basically be able to play any sort of slot you
like here. There are classic slots, 3D slots, progressive jackpot slots, and
some of the most popular slots on the web sitting side by side.

If you want to go straight for the progressive jackpots to try your luck
(something I usually do), then Divine Fortune, The Naked Gun, and Winstar are
all worth a spin.

You won’t be able to play the games without an account, and there is no “demo
mode.” You’ll have to be ready to cough up real cash and spin to win real money
payouts at Casimb

Some of the Casimba slots I recommend include:

  • Immortal Romance
  • Danger High Voltage
  • Starburst
  • Bonanza
  • Eye of Horus
  • Gonzo’s Quest
  • Twin Spin
  • Planet of the Apes
  • Genie Jackpots (progressive jackpot)
  • 300 Shields
  • Avalon II
  • Jungle Spirit
  • Route 777
  • Dead or Alive
  • Hong Kong Tower
  • Halloween
  • Spring Break
  • Titans of the Sun
  • 108 Heroes
  • Redroo
  • Ivanhoe
  • Jurassic World
  • Forbidden Throne
  • Luchadora
  • Hong Kong Tower
  • Break Away
  • Silver Lion
  • Bust the Bank
  • Brides Maids
  • Jungle Jim
  • Lost Vegas
  • Shoot!
  • Agent Jane Blonde
  • Playboy
  • Terminator II
  • Taco Brothers
  • Thunderstruck II
  • Wild Toro
  • Secrets of Atlantis
  • Guns n’ Roses

Video Poker

If you don’t play video poker, you’re not a true gambler, or so they say,
anyway. I personally love it, and to be honest, this is an area Casimba could
improve on.

Don’t get me wrong; the games are actually all great in terms of quality, but
there are only six. As a video poker veteran, I like all sort of varieties,
including the more exotic ones like Louisiana Double.

This selection should be enough for the casual video poker player, though. It
includes most of the “popular” video poker variants, which you’ve probably heard
of before.

  • Aces and Eights
  • All American
  • Deuces Wild Double Up
  • Jacks or Better
  • Jacks or Better Double Up
  • Joker Wild Double Up

All of the games load quickly and play seamlessly on both desktop and mobile
devices. It’s just a shame there aren’t more of them!

Table Games

You don’t know me personally, but I can tell you my absolute favorite card
game is baccarat. I love the fact that it was played by French kings and gallant
knights over stone tables by the fire in the midst of conquest back in the
Middle Ages, and I love the simplicity of the game.

Yet there are lots of great card and table games, and I’m glad to say they’re
pretty much all available at Casimb. The only games missing here are exotic
variants which most casual players wouldn’t look at anyway.

Here’s a complete rundown of the table and card games available at Casimba:

  • Baccarat
  • Punto Banco
  • European Roulette
  • American Roulette
  • French Roulette
  • Low Stakes Roulette
  • High Stakes Roulette
  • Classic Blackjack
  • Double Exposure Blackjack
  • Single Deck Blackjack
  • Pontoon
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Oasis Poker
  • Red Dog Poker
  • Texas Hold’em
  • Add One In
  • Sharp Shooter
  • Six Shooter

Live Casino

The live games at Casimba are provided by both NetEnt and Evolution Gaming.
These are both world-class game providers with unblemished reputations.

  • Baccarat
  • Blackjack
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Caribbean Stud
  • Dream Catcher
  • Roulette
  • Three Card poker
  • Ultimate Texas Hold’em

If you love live casino games, you’ll be more than happy with what’s on offer
at Casimb

Banking Options

Casimba continues to perform well when it comes to deposits, but stumbles
when it comes to withdrawals. The only way to get your money back out is via
bank transfer, which means a 3-5 day wait if you win big. I don’t like this,
personally, as I prefer to use web wallets for my online casino transactions.

However, there are no extra fees associated with any deposit or withdrawal
methods, and the turnaround times are pretty average.

I was unable to find out any information about the maximum deposits you can
make via any method, even after asking the customer service agent. I do know
that there’s a minimum withdrawal of £30 per transaction.

Do note that if you win more than £100,000, Casimba reserves the right to pay
it in 10 installments.

need to provide photo ID and a household bill from within the last three months.

Bonus Promotions

Casimba offers a larger-than-life welcome bonus, which it makes you aware of
the minute you land on the site. You literally can’t miss the offer, as it’s up
in lights against a video slider of spinning reels, cards being dealt, and Gonzo
from the popular slot game Gonzo’s Quest.

There aren’t really any specific daily or weekly promos like the daily free
spins you might see at some casinos online. There is a monthly prize draw for a
luxury holiday and there’s definitely a loyalty program, though. I’ll get into
the details of those in this section.

Here’s a quick rundown of all the available bonuses:

Welcome Package Worth £6,500 + 125 Bonus Spins

When I said the welcome bonus was larger than life, I wasn’t kidding. This is
one of the biggest numbers I have seen in a long time.

As the experienced players among you might have guessed, it’s actually three
separate deposit bonuses totaling £6,500, plus the spins. I saw that coming a
mile off, as it’s highly unusual to find a single deposit bonus this big.

This bonus is structured as follows:

  • A 200% first deposit match bonus up to the value of £2,500 + 50 bonus spins + 500 loyalty points
  • A 50% reload bonus up to the value of £1,000 + another 50 bonus spins
  • A 75% reload bonus up to the value of £500 + another 25 free bonus spins

In all cases, the minimum deposit required is £25 and 35x wagering
requirements apply. Also, keep in mind that a £5 maximum bet limit applies while
using bonus cash. Deposits made via Neteller and Skrill are not eligible.

These are slightly higher than average wagering requirements. Most bonuses I
see are 20x or 30x, and that extra 5x could definitely make a big difference. I
also prefer using Neteller and Skrill to make deposits, so I’m a little miffed
that I can’t use those at Casimb

All said, with the sheer amount of cash on offer here, I feel the slightly
higher-than-average wagering terms are probably justified. At the end of the
day, it’s more risk for the casino, so I understand the wagering terms, even if
I would prefer them to be lower.

Monthly Dream Holiday Draw

Thailand is somewhere I’ve been a couple of times, so I can tell you from
experience that it’s paradise on earth. So, I was pretty excited to see that
Casimba offers a monthly prize draw for a luxury 7-day holiday there.

After checking out the terms and conditions, I can tell you that this one is
going to be for the high-rollers only. You need to earn 1,000 Casimba points in
a calendar month to enter the draw, and 1 point is earned for every £10
deposited.

Yup, that’s right; you will need to deposit £10,000 in a month and wager it
twice to be eligible to enter the draw.

While that would be a lovely end to the month, it’s a little out of my reach.
Perhaps you’ll be eligible.

Loyalty Rewards

Despite the lack of daily/weekly promotions at Casimba, there is a rewards
program which allows you to constantly trade in loyalty points for free spins
and reload bonuses.

You will need to earn 1,000 loyalty points before you can cash them in, and
you will get 500 free with your first deposit.

You can always see how many points you have under the “My Account” tab on the
main menu. Remember that any bonuses you do get are subject to 35x wagering
requirements.

Casimba VIP Program

If you’re a high-roller or you play often, there’s a good chance you’ll be
eligible as a VIP at Casimb There are four levels of the program. The perks of
each level are:

Silver

  • A VIP account manager
  • 24/7 customer support
  • VIP upgrade bonus of £100
  • Priority withdrawals
  • Invitation to VIP events and
    promotions
  • Free entry to exclusive
    tournaments
  • Personalized bonuses tailored
    to your player style

Gold

All of the benefits of the silver level, plus:

  • A one-time VIP bonus of £500
  • 20,000 extra loyalty points
    on your birthday

Diamond

All the benefits of the gold level, plus:

  • A VIP upgrade bonus of £1,000
  • Daily bonus reviews
  • Even higher withdrawal limits
  • Birthday gifts
  • Invitations to VIP holidays
    and events

Elite

Casimba doesn’t give out any details about this level. Even the customer
service was tight-lipped when I asked about it. It looks like you’ll have to get
there to find out exactly what they have in store for you.

Bonus Summary

Overall, that’s a pretty decent range of bonuses. The welcome bonus is well
worth taking, the holidays would be a nice perk if you can afford to be included
in the draw, and the loyalty and VIP schemes are fairly competitive when set
side by side those at other online casinos.

Well done on the bonuses, Casimb It’s not the biggest range of bonuses I’ve
seen, but there’s a lot more there than it first appears.

Mobile Compatibility

How much time did you spend on your mobile today? I’ll bet it was at least a
couple of hours.

I’m the same, and so are most online casino players. I actually met a guy on
the train last week who won a decent-sized jackpot when he was sitting opposite
me. He let out a little whoop, and having heard the unmistakable sound of
spinning reels and winning paylines coming from his device, I had to ask.

An online casino simply wouldn’t survive these days if it wasn’t mobile
compatible, so it’s no surprise to find that Casimba is fully mobile-optimized.
Let’s explore the Casimba mobile casino in more detail now.

Mobile Casino

The Casimba mobile casino is excellent on the whole, and since it’s a flash
site, you can visit it on any phone or tablet. All you need is Chrome, Safari,
Samsung internet, or something like those.

Unlike many mobile casinos, which limit you to a reduced range of games, this
one is full-scale. There are hundreds of slots, dozens of table games, and you
can even play live dealer games from your mobile.

One thing you should note is that the digital table and card games are under
the “live dealer” tab on the mobile menu. I’m not sure if that is accidental or
to save space, but just be aware of it.

If you need to navigate to any element of the site outside of the games,
there’s a drop-down in the top left which can be viewed with one touch. From
here, you can go to your account, the promotions page, the VIP club, or the
contact page.

Lots of people ask me what the pros and cons of playing on a mobile device
are versus desktop. The pros are that you can play from anywhere and lots of
casinos offer extra bonuses for mobile players, whereas the cons are the smaller
screen size and the fact that your connection can drop if you enter a no-signal
are

Apart from those things, it’s all pretty similar. If you download an app, of
course, that’s a different story, and everything will depend on the individual
app itself. Since Casimba doesn’t offer one, there’s no need to go into that
here.

Customer Service

You can get in touch with Casimba customer support through either live chat
or email.

I used the live chat feature and got connected to an agent called Jamie
within about 20 seconds. She was pretty helpful, although she did do the dreaded
“you can find out in the terms and conditions” once, which I don’t like. This
was a question on banking, which I ultimately was not able to find an answer to.

Apart from that, she was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and
directly.

As far as emails go, I didn’t send one myself due to the live chat feature
being far faster, but everything I read about Casimba from existing players
indicates turnarounds of 5-6 hours in most cases, with wait times of up to 12
hours when it’s extremely busy. That’s pretty average, and acceptable for a busy
online casino like this.

While I would really like to see a telephone hotline, the existing customer
service options are adequate. It’s just that some of us still like to pick up
the phone and get our point across quickly. The digital generation, eh? What
about the rest of us?!

Summary

Casimba is doing the vast majority of things an online casino should be
doing, and it’s doing them very well indeed.

I have no major gripes with Casimba whatsoever. Sure, there are a couple of
areas for improvement, as with most casinos online, but they’re more minor
things like the lack of a telephone hotline and the absence of a few games I
like, such as keno.

Apart from that, Casimba has excellent games (and plenty of them), a good
number of ways to make deposits, above-average customer service, and an
extremely generous welcome bonus.

Verdict

I definitely think you should check out Casimba for yourself. I liked it, and
I’m not one to go easy on casinos. Check out some of my other reviews if you
don’t believe me.

If you are the type of player who likes a bit of everything at an online
casino, Casimba will be right up your street. It’s got plenty of slots, a large
number of card and table games, a decent selection of video poker games, and a
superior live casino.

I also feel that this casino has gone over and above in terms of the welcome
bonus. Yes, there are wagering requirements like with 99% of all other casino
bonuses, but they’re not excessive relative to the bonus size, and there are no
really nasty hidden catches.

I like Casimba, and there’s a good chance you will, too. Check it out.
