Overall

I am very pleased with what I found from this new brand. As you will read in
the detailed review, the parent company has brought many best practices to the
new platform, and while there are some mild deficiencies, I still think this
site deserves the marks it has received. Have a read through the review to get a

With software suppliers like Microgaming, NYX, and Evolution Gaming among the
many offered at this site, Genesis Casino has one of the best games selection of
sites I have reviewed. The quality of the games is top-notch while having all
these providers means that the content is diverse and plentiful, so there is
bound to be something for everyone who plays here.

Banking

With banking at online casinos, I like to subscribe to the “If it ain’t
broke, don’t fix it” mentality. While I have reviewed sites with dozens of
additional payment solutions, if this caisno doesn’t need those partners to
achieve the approval rates it desires, then as far as I am concerned the fewer
options, the better. What matters is that you are able to get your money to and
from the site with ease, and this casino achieves that goal.

Bonuses

This is where I am the most disappointed in the casino. I was a bit bummed
out to read the details of the Welcome Bonus, especially when you consider how
few ongoing promotions are available on the site. Also, there isn’t enough
information about the VIP Program to determine its value to players. I hope the
casino spends some time being a little more proactive in acquiring and retaining
players as this is a critical factor in the overall success of the company.

I have no complaints about the support department at Genesis Casino. The

complaints about response time to date. Hopefully, you won’t need to use the
support team often, but if you do, I am happy to report that it is excellent.

User Interface

I love the overall design of the website, and the lobby of the casino
provides an easy-to-navigate interface. My only knock against the interface is
that the video poker games (of which there are many) aren’t given their own tab,
causing them to get a bit lost in the lobby. That is a quick fix that if made
would move this mark up to a perfect score in my mind.

Mobile Compatibility

Given that the company doesn’t offer its games to countries that have a
conservative view of online gambling, I am a bit shocked that I didn’t find
native apps for Apple or Android devices. However, the company has done an
excellent job of converting their desktop product to mobile, and my experience
with the mobile product was more than satisfactory.

Genesis Casino is currently offering only casino games to its players, which
is the same as the other brands under the Genesis Global umbrella. That’s fine
with me – I like playing the other forms of gambling as well, but sometimes I
just want to focus all my attention on a casino site. With my deposit cleared, I
was ready to hit the casino lobby. Here is a summary of what I found during my

Having reviewed a couple of the other sites from this owner in the past, I
was curious to see if the company had taken a different approach to their

it could have gone the other direction, these software companies are too good to

These days, the majority of my playing reviews starts with the slots area of
the lobby. While I am a bigger fan of table games and video poker myself, the
bottom line is that having this many software vendors in one spot is designed to
bring more unique content to the slots catalog. This site definitely does not

right?) I carried right on to the Table Games area with the hopes of changing my

available. I was not shocked to see so many versions of blackjack in the lobby
given who the software providers are for this brand.

After a quick scan, I was off to play some Pai Gow Poker, which is one of my

make a lot of sense to me, however, as this is the best way for a site to
perform A/B testing on marketing pieces before delivering them to each of the
brands. I am going to look at a couple of the offers in more detail here for

Welcome Bonus

I am always curious to see what a casino chooses to offer new players as an
incentive for making an initial deposit. The Welcome Bonus at Genesis Casino is
definitely structured differently than at some of their other brands. However, I
don’t like the way it is promoted on the main page of the website. The homepage
promises a $1000 welcome offer, but when you look at the details, it is a bonus
spread over 4 deposits with diminishing returns:

While I understand what the casino is trying to do here by ensuring bonus
hunters don’t take advantage of the offer, let’s just call it what it is – a
100% Bonus to $100 on your first deposit. The rest of those deposits are
considered reload bonuses in my head, especially since they don’t offer the same
percentage as the initial deposit. At any rate, it is great to see that there is
a bonus at all. The wagering requirement for this offer is 40x the bonus amount,
which is entirely manageable.

VIP Program

While there is a VIP Program at Genesis Casino, there isn’t much detail about
how to qualify for the program nor is there information on the different tiers
that can be achieved. I am a bit surprised by this as the other brands from this
owner offer more detail about their programs right on the website. I am hopeful
that this is just an oversight on the part of the brand, and more importantly I
hope the program works as well as the other brands.

Mobile Compatibility

The Genesis Casino offering is fully compatible with the majority of mobile
phones and tablets. The site and games are built in HTML5 for the most part,
meaning that they can be seamlessly accessed by desktop or mobile. The games I
tested all seemed to play exactly as they do on the PC version of the casino,
and with no software to download, you aren’t taking up any of your phone’s
valuable memory to store graphics for the casino games. Overall, I found the
experience on mobile to be quite acceptable, and while I would like to see the
company release native apps for iOS and Android devices, I understand the
difficulties of doing so with so many different software providers on board.

If you are having an issue with the casino you cannot solve on your own, then
it is time for you to contact the folks at Genesis Casino’s support department.
The support section of the site slides out from the right-hand side of the page.
First, there is an excellent Frequently Asked Questions section which covers a
fair number of general questions from players. If you need to speak with someone
directly, I suggest using the Live Chat function right on the website. However,
the site also has a series of phone numbers for players in different countries,
so you do have the option of picking up a phone and speaking to someone in
real-time as well. The casino doesn’t seem to use social media as a support
option at this stage, but I am sure it won’t be long before that becomes a
reality.

Summary

Even though Genesis Global had the option of using a cookie-cutter design for
this new brand, they chose to go the other way, trying to create a different
look and feel to the site while continuing to provide the high-quality games
offered by its sister brands. Overall, I think the company did a good job
although there are some small changes I would like to see the site make to
improve their overall rating. There is some low-hanging fruit that maybe was
overlooked to launch the site during this timeframe, but I am hopeful that the
site will acknowledge these minor oversights and make the appropriate
corrections.
